th {   border: 0px;   color: #000;   border-top: 0px;   background: url();}
th { border-bottom: 3px double #202020; }
td { border-bottom: 1px dotted #202020; }
.boxheading {   color: #000;   border-top: 2px groove #202020;   border-right: 2px groove #202020;   border-bottom: 2px groove #202020;   border-left: 2px groove #202020;   padding: 5px;   padding-top: 2px;   padding-bottom: 3px;   background: url(http://media.fotki.com/1_p,rtsdfqrwsqbs ... 043-vi.jpg); border-radius:10px}
.box { margin-bottom: 15px;border: 1px solid #202020;border-radius: 10px; }

This is the box area in my code. The box is transparent and shows the center background thru it. Is there a code to add to this so I can change the message box color?

You are correct.

Here is the code.

The old code

.box { margin-bottom: 15px;border: 1px solid #202020;border-radius: 20px; }

Here is the same code with my adjustment.

.box { margin-bottom: 15px;  background: #fff;
border: 1px solid #202020;border-radius: 10px; }

Worked fine. Gosh I love learning.

Thank you bwayne.
