In years past, I have always been able to re-size pictures through my Photobucket account...

I prefer 640x480...

Just to mention, Yuku re-sizes all the pictures you want to turn in avatars, I wish there had been an option to do the same with larger size pictures...
4 out of 5 Top 100 Yuku boards recommend no anonymity for their posters to post on...

Perry, If you can work out how to resize your Photobucket pictures since they changed the site I would be very happy to hear how to do it

Mine are too large and I want to reduce them to thumbnails like they used to be but when I contacted them they were very unhelpful

I am thinking of deleting my images and going elsewhere if I can find something suitable

One thing you can do is when you are in the editor and add your image, click on it before you post. Then you should see small squares at the corners. Just use those to drag the image smaller to the size you want.

Also if you use your Yuku storage (new profile) you actually have 3 images for each one. A thumbnail, an image that is 570 max in width and also a full size image.

For example this is an image in my albums of the top banner on this forum:

http://images.yuku.com/image/jpg/cd0056 ... 656dd9.jpg - this is the image full size.

http://images.yuku.com/image/jpg/cd0056 ... 6dd9_r.jpg - this is the 570 max image.

http://images.yuku.com/image/jpg/cd0056 ... 6dd9_s.jpg - and this is the thumbnail.

Click on them to see the difference. All of the "570 max width" images will have the underscore r at the end and all of the thumbnail images will have the underscore s.
