Sometimes you might not wish to send a message to all your board members. Perhaps you wish to send a message to a few specific members, such as MIA members, moderators, administrators, etc... You can do this by making a list and sending a message to that particular list.
Messages can only be sent to custom lists. Should you wish to send a message to one of your auto lists, make a copy of it to save it as a custom list, then send the message.
All admin actions, including mailing members via the clipboard, require that you are signed in with an account that has admin access to the community you wish to manage.
The admin dashboard of your community can be accessed by clicking the "admin" link in the community's navigation bar.
Sending your message.
Click manage in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
Expand the advanced search option and select the list you wish to mail from the lists drop-down.
Click the blue apply filter button.
If you don't have the members you wish to mail in a list, put a check mark to the left of their names in your member list.
Click the update clipboard button
Expand the clipboard menu and click the message option.
